His current research focuses on reference materials and high-throughput sequencing technologies. Has developed more than 10 national reference materials and reference samples for animal diseases, including ASFV and PRRSV. The PRRSV nucleic acid reference material is the first certified nucleic acid reference material in the veterinary field in China. Established sequencing methods such as targeted sequencing of swine multi-pathogens, and whole-genome sequencing of FMDV and PRRSV. Participated in four projects under the National Key Research and Development Program of China, published 9 group standards, co-authored 6 books, and published over 30 academic papers.
