Conference Registration Fees and Deadlines

· Early Bird Registration (by March 15, 2025): RMB 1500 per person (or USD 250 per person)

· Regular Registration (March 16 - May 5, 2025): RMB 1800 per person (or USD 300 per person)

· Late Registration (after May 5, 2025): RMB 2100 per person (or USD 350 per person)

· One-day Registration: RMB 1200 per person (or USD 200 per person)

· Student Registration (valid student ID required): RMB 600 per person (or USD 100 per person).

Abstract Submission Deadline for Oral and Poster Presentations:To be considered for oral presentation, March 1, 2025；Participate in poster presentation only, April 1, 2025.

* Registration fees include: access to all conference sessions, conference materials, conference gifts, two lunches, and all coffee breaks.

* Special group discounts are available. Please contact the organizing committee directly for details.

* Participants of the Annual Veterinary Diagnostic Conference are eligible for Continuing Education credits issued by the Chinese Veterinary Medical Association.

* Students submitting oral presentation abstracts and poster abstracts are exempted from the conference registration fee.
