
Feng Li, male, born October 1968, is a Level-II Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Discipline Leader of Veterinary Medicine at Qingdao Agricultural University. He is an expert receiving the Special Government Allowance of the State Council, a National Outstanding Talent in Agricultural Research, recipient of the Heilongjiang Province May Day Labor Medal, and Vice Chairman of the Heilongjiang Provincial Association of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine. He has long focused on research into the fundamentals and control technologies of porcine viral diarrhea. He has led over 20 national and provincial/ministerial projects, including key R&D programs of the 13th and 14th Five-Year Plans. He has published over 320 SCI research papers. He received a National Invention Award as the first contributing recipient. As the third contributor, he has received one Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress. He received seven provincial- and ministerial-level science and technology awards, including first-prize awards, obtained 5 New Veterinary Drug Certificates, been granted 12 invention patents, formulated 2 industry standards, and published 17 monographs.
