Dr. Li Xiangdong, Member of the AVDC Scientific Committee, Level-II Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Yangzhou University. His research focuses on swine diseases. He has led over 10 national and provincial projects, including the National Key Research and Development Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He has published more than 150 SCI papers as first/corresponding author in journals including Autophagy and the Journal of Virology. He serves as Vice Chair of the Youth Committee of the Infectious Diseases Branch of the Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine (CAAV), Vice President of the Veterinary Laboratory Diagnosis Branch of the Chinese Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA), and an Editorial Board member for PLoS Pathogens and other journals.
