Deputy director of the National High Containment Facilities for Animal Disease Prevention and Control, council member of the Chinese Society of Veterinary Pathology, Biosafety Assessment Expert for Animal Pathogenic Microorganism Laboratories of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA), Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, technical reviewer of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, and invited expert of the CECS Committee of Clean and Controlled Environment and Laboratory. PhD in veterinary medicine at the University of Tokyo, Japan. He currently leads and participates in multiple research projects, including projects funded by the National Key Research and Development Program of China. As first or corresponding author, he has published more than 30 SCI-indexed papers and has served as chief editor or chief translator of five books.
