Dr. Xiangdong (Jack) Li, works as a full professor and doctoral supervisor in College of Veterinary Medicine of Yangzhou University. He was selected into the national ten-thousand talents program. Prof. Li has engaged in scientific research in Shanghai Veterinary Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, University of Maryland, AVRDC of Boehringer-Ingelheim (Asian), and Pulike Biological Engineering. Co. Ltd. Focusing on major animal diseases such as PRRSV and PCV, Prof. Li has published more than 60 SCI-indexed peer-reviewed papers and edited 5 monographs. He served as an associate editor for the journal of Transboundary and Emerging Diseases, vice chairman of young scholars' professional group of veterinary infectious diseases branch of China Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association, executive director of veterinary public health branch of China Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association, and a professor at Henan University of Science and Technology.
