
Dr. Zhu Guoqiang, Level-II Professor of Preventive Veterinary Medicine (National Key Discipline) at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Yangzhou University, and a leading talent in the first batch of the Yangzhou University High-Level Talent Support Program. He currently serves as Director of the Jiangsu Provincial International Joint Laboratory for Prevention and Control Technologies of Major Animal Diseases and Major Zoonoses. He has led and completed 6 General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and 5 international cooperation projects. As the lead inventor, he has been granted 3 international patents and 35 national invention patents. He has received the Excellent Project Award in the inaugural National Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition (2021), inclusion in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs "Spark Technology" Achievement Repository (2024), and the Winning Prize in the Biomedicine and Healthcare Sector of the Yangtze River Delta National Technology Innovation Center Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (2025).
