Dr. Yang Yanling is a Researcher and Doctoral Supervisor at the Institute of Special Animal and Plant Sciences, CAAS, and Chief Scientist of the CAAS Ruminant Disease Early Warning & Prevention Innovation Team. She serves as Vice President of Jilin Veterinary Association and Secretary-General of the Special Economic Animal Veterinary Branch, China Veterinary Association.

Her research centers on ruminant disease prevention and smart livestock farming. She has published over 10 peer-reviewed papers in journals like Veterinary Microbiology and International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, and compiled 3 academic monographs. She has undertaken more than 30 research projects with cumulative technology transfer and commercialization revenue exceeding RMB 16 million.

She has received multiple honors, including Jilin Provincial Natural Science Academic Achievement Second Prize, CAAS Outstanding Graduate Supervisor, Changbai Mountain Leading Talent and Jilin Outstanding Sci-Tech Worker.
