
Wang Zhanhui, Professor at China Agricultural University. His research primarily focuses on the rational design of hapten principles for harmful compounds in animal-derived foods, precise creation of monoclonal antibodies, and the development of immunoassay technologies. He serves as Director of the Beijing Key Laboratory of Detection Technology for Animal-Derived Food Safety. He has presided over more than 30 projects and awarded the First Prize of the China Agricultural Science and Technology Award in 2023 and the Second Prize of the State Technological Invention Award in 2015. He has published over 300 research papers in journals such as Biotechnology Advances, Advanced Science, Analytical Chemistry, and holds more than 60 authorized national invention patents. He serves as Vice Chair of the Food Hygiene Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Deputy Secretary-General of the Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology Branch of the Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, Vice Chair of the Food Analysis Branch of the China Association for Instrumental Analysis, and Executive Board Member of the Veterinary Food Hygiene Branch of the Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine.
