
Shi Hao is an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor at the College of Veterinary Medicine, China Agricultural University. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Jin Shanbao Experimental Class (Animal Health) at Nanjing Agricultural University in 2016, and obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (Cum Laude) from Kansas State University, USA, in 2021.
Dr. Shi has extensive clinical and research experience in small animal surgery, urinary diseases, endoscopic interventional techniques, and wildlife medicine. He is in charge of a subproject of the National Key R&D Program and a Youth Project of the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, and also participates in several national and provincial-level research programs. His research focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of urolithiasis in dogs and cats, wildlife disease prevention and control, and the development of molecular diagnostic technologies.
Dr. Shi currently serves as a Council Member and Head of the Urology Specialty Group of the Small Animal Medicine Branch of the Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine; Vice Chairman of the Endoscopy and Interventional Veterinary Medicine Committee of the Chinese Veterinary Medical Association; an expert of Qilian Mountain National Park Expert Database; and an expert of the Clinical Veterinary Expert Database of the China Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center. He has published more than ten papers in SCI and Chinese core journals in the past five years.
