Dr. Jiang Tao, Researcher and Doctoral Supervisor, recipient of the Gansu Longyuan Talent Program. She currently works at the Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), serving as R&D Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager of Lanzhou Shouyan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. She has long been engaged in the research, application, and promotion of animal disease diagnostic technologies. She was a Visiting Scholar at Washington State University, USA (2014–2015). She has led and participated in multiple research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the National Key Research and Development Program, and national/provincial key science and technology projects. She has led the R&D and process improvement of novel immunodiagnostic technologies for Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD), African Swine Fever (ASF), and Brucellosis, achieving a series of internationally and domestically leading results. She has developed over 20 diagnostic reagents with independent intellectual property rights, obtained 3 New Veterinary Drug Certificates and 11 veterinary drug product approval numbers, with cumulative technology transfer revenue exceeding 520 million RMB. Her R&D and commercialized products have received awards including the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Gansu Province, the China Agricultural Science and Technology Award, and the Gold Award for Exhibited Products at the China International Agricultural Products Fair.
