Dr. Xinyi Huang is an Assistant Researcher at the Harbin Veterinary Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS). Her research focuses on the pathogenic mechanisms of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, as well as the development of novel vaccines and diagnostic reagents for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome. She has published 7 SCI-indexed papers as first or corresponding author (including co-authorship) in journals such as Microbiome, Journal of Virology and Veterinary Research. She serves as the principal investigator of the Youth Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China (Category C), and has participated in projects funded by the National Key Research and Development Program of China under the 14th Five-Year Plan, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Heilongjiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation.
