
Dr. Meng Ge is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the Department of Preventive Veterinary Medicine, College of Veterinary Medicine, Hunan Agricultural University. He is mainly engaged in the teaching and scientific research of veterinary infectious diseases, with a research focus on the diagnosis, prevention and control of swine infectious diseases. As an expert for animal disease eradication assessment in Hunan Province, he has presided over more than 10 research projects, including the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program, and Key R&D Projects of Hunan Province. He has published over 50 academic papers and developed multiple ELISA kits and quantitative PCR detection kits for swine diseases. Additionally, he has filed 9 national invention patents, among which 7 have been officially authorized.
