Yang Zengqi, male, Han, native of Qishan, Shaanxi, PhD, professor, doctoral tutor Graduated from Northwest Agricultural University in 1987, he has been engaged in teaching, scientific research and technology promotion of animal infectious diseases and veterinary epidemiology. He is currently the Dean of the College of Animal Medicine of Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, and also serves as the executive director of the Poultry Branch of the Chinese Society of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine and the executive director of the Branch of Animal Infectious Diseases.
