Dr. Yingju Xia

 Assistant Professor, has worked in OIE/national classical swine fever reference laboratory at China Institute of Veterinary Drug Control as a research scientist since 2017. Her work is mainly on exploring of diagnostic techniques for important animal infectious diseases such as classical swine fever virus (CSFV), African swine fever virus (ASFV). She is also focused on understanding the host-virus relationships of CSFV and ASFV. Yingju is a member of the academic committee of national reference laboratory for CSF, and a member of Young scholar Professional group of Zoonotic diseases branch of Chinese animal husbandry and veterinary association. She is also a member of the Victorian Infection and Immunity Network (VIIN). Yingju is the principle investigator of a project in the Key Research Program. Yingju is also the main researcher of a General Program supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and another project in the Key Research Program. Yingju has 16 publications. She has edited or co-edited three books, and obtained three national patents.
