An expert mainly engaged in animal research, currently the director of the pathogenic microorganism monitoring room of China Animal Health and Epidemiology Center, executive deputy director of the Quality and Safety Risk Assessment Laboratory for Livestock and Poultry Products of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Qingdao), Ocean University of China, Qingdao Agricultural University Master tutor. Concurrently: he is the member of the Expert Committee of the Food Safety Committee of the State Council, designated contact person for OIE animal-derived food safety, member of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) Expert Committee on Biosafety, chairman of the committee, full-time member of the National Pathogen Microbiology Laboratory, and Ministry of Science and Technology Member of the High-level Pathogen Microbiology Laboratory Biosafety Review Committee, full-time member of the Animal Pathogen Microbiology Laboratory Biosafety Evaluation Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and member of the National Veterinary Drug Residue and Bacterial Drug Control Committee.

He once served as the deputy director laboratory of the Center for Foreign Diseases in the Animal Quarantine Area of the Ministry of Agriculture, established the original ISO / IEC 17025 quality system and ABSL-3 / BSL-3 biosafety management system for the veterinary system, and has been responsible for pig disease for more than ten years , Diagnostic testing and research work on fur animal diseases. In 2007, he worked as the leader of the Bamako Expert Group of the Africa-Aid Project in the African Animal Resources Agency of the African Union (AU / IBAR), assisting Mali, Togo, Benin, and Ghana to build veterinary diagnostic laboratories and improve their Animal infectious disease prevention and control system. Reorganized, presided over or participated in more than 10 provincial and ministerial, special special projects, edited "African swine fever", "Veterinary pathogenic microorganism operation technical specifications", "Biosafety third-level laboratory standardization management guide", "Second-level biosafety laboratory construction and "Department of Operation Control Guide" and other books, 8 deputy editors or editors, 1 set of DVD training materials, hosted or participated in the development of 7 standards, published more than 50 papers as the first author or corresponding author.
